Returning Products
If you wish to return products, they should be unused, undamaged, complete, and packaged in the original packaging. You have a period of 14 days after receiving the products to return them.
The return process for products follows the following procedure:
Send an email to info@nkshea.com indicating which products you wish to return. Upon receiving your return request, you will receive a return label via email.
Print out the return label, affix it to the box, and take it to a PostNL location.
Once we have received the return shipment in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

Return Period
For purchases made online or over the phone, a legal cooling-off period of 14 days applies. At our store, this cooling-off period starts on the day you have received all the products from your order.
What You Can Return
Products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and complete in the original packaging. We recommend refraining from using the item extensively if you are uncertain about keeping it. Please ensure your item is securely packaged, preferably in the original box.
Items That Cannot be Returned
Gift vouchers and cards. Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if the seal has been broken). Items showing signs of use
